The rate is graduated — each volume band carries its own per-transaction rate, so your effective cost per transaction decreases as volume grows. A monthly platform minimum applies. Is Vergent priced per user or per seat?
No. Vergent charges per transaction, not per user. Your team can grow without affecting your software costs.
What counts as a transaction?
Any loan origination (funding), payment, draw, refinance, or payoff. Applications are never billed.
Do volume discounts apply?
Yes. Enterprise Standard pricing uses graduated rate bands — the more you process each month, the lower your effective per-transaction cost.
Are third-party integration fees included?
No. Vergent configures integrations within the platform, but you contract and pay providers directly. A one-time setup fee applies per integration.
Are rates locked in?
Yes. Rates are held flat through your initial contract term — no mid-term increases.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, a one-time setup fee applies per portfolio. This covers your production environment, training site, eSign configuration, loan model setup, and initial training.
